Short Sales

A short sale is a legal lender approved solution designed to help home owners with financial problems get out from under their mortgage debt. Short sales are negotiated through the mortgage company of an owner’s home where by the mortgage company agrees to take less than what the home owner owes on the property.

Many home owners are not aware of this alternative to losing their home to foreclosure.  Due to stress and embarrassment, many home owners do not investigate all their options.  Ravender Verma has personally negotiated successful Short Sales with most lending institutions.

Ravender Verma's first short sale was negotiated in late 2006 and early 2007 when no one in this area even knew what a short sale was.  Ravender Verma had the unique opportunity to learn about short sales from a Banker in Hawaii, where short sales were most prevalent back in the 1990's.

Since that time, Mr. Verma has been able to help many home owners benefit from the short sale and avoid foreclosure, which can severely damage their credit.  In addition, Mr. Verma has been able to get the banks to pay the real estate commissions associated with the sale in 100% of his cases.  Moreover, in certain cases, Mr. Verma has been able to obtain thousands of dollars to assist short sale sellers for moving assistance.

Lastly, Mr. Verma's main focus is to increase the likelihood that the deficiency debt does not follow the short sale seller around for future problems.
